Female veterans

 The grandmothers, mothers, wives, sisters, daughters, granddaughters, great-granddaughters, stepdaughters, stepmothers, and stepsisters of deceased veterans and/or living American Legion members who served in WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Panama, Grenada, Lebanon,  the Persian Gulf and/or until the date of cessation of hostilities as determined by the Government of the United States.
